Logistics Coordinator

Type : Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Obtain pricing information.
  • Secure services.
  • Issue Purchase Orders.
  • Prepare documentation for all services and shipping activities.
  • Coordinate deliveries with customers.
  • Account for complete and accurate shipping records.
  • Provide support concerning outsourcing services.
  • Process business system transactions as they relate to support of the company's accounting functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • Related experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability and desire to work as part of a team.
  • Strong and conscientious work ethic.

  • The first of the quarter after 6 months of employment (if age 21 or older), FT employees are eligible to enroll in Warrior's 401(k) retirement plan.

    • Automatic enrollment at 3% (before tax) contributions with the option to opt out or change contribution type or amount

  • Educational Assistance
    • Available to all regular, full-time employees who have completed at least one year of active employment at the time the course commences.

Wages

  • $52,000 to $60,000 per year.
  • Pay is based on experience.
